Implementation Partners

teamdecoder GmbH provides the teamdecoder software platform ("teamdecoder"). teamdecoder GmbH does not itself provide organizational development, coaching, or other consulting services in connection with the use of the platform.

To support the implementation and ongoing use of teamdecoder, teamdecoder GmbH maintains a network of independent Implementation Partners. These are independent organizational developers and consultants as well as consultancies who offer their own consulting services in connection with teamdecoder, at their own discretion and under their own responsibility.

Implementation Partners are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors of teamdecoder GmbH, and teamdecoder GmbH does not direct, supervise, or control the services they provide.

Any consulting engagement with an Implementation Partner is a separate agreement concluded directly between the customer and that Implementation Partner. Such engagements are governed exclusively by the respective Implementation Partner's own terms and conditions, pricing, and policies, which customers should review before engaging their services. teamdecoder GmbH is not a party to these agreements.

teamdecoder GmbH assumes no liability or warranty of any kind for the services, advice, deliverables, availability, conduct, or data handling practices of any Implementation Partner. Any claims arising from a consulting engagement with an Implementation Partner must be directed to the relevant Implementation Partner directly.
